About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Floor Covering Assistant to join our team at Central Alberta Tile One. As a key member of our installation team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Materials: Safely load and unload construction materials, including tiles, adhesives, and other necessary supplies.
  • Site Preparation: Prepare floors for tile installations, including cleaning and clearing debris.
  • Material Handling: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and assist in the removal of rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Clean and maintain work equipment and tools, and notify supervisors of any mechanical malfunctions.
  • Emergency Procedures: Follow established emergency and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
