About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Floor Covering Specialist to join our team at Hotek Holdings LTD. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality flooring installations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Installation Preparation
    • Prepare detailed flooring plans and schedules for installation projects
    • Estimate costs and materials required for each project
  • Installation and Removal
    • Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants
    • Install flooring materials on countertops and raised platforms
    • Install vinyl decking materials
  • Customer Service
    • Provide on-site customer service to ensure client satisfaction
Work Environment

As a Floor Covering Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with varying work conditions. You will be required to handle heavy loads, bend, crouch, and kneel frequently. You must be able to distinguish between colors and have good hand-eye coordination.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Physical Demands
    • Physically demanding work environment
    • Ability to handle heavy loads
