    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Leadership
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective team performance.
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible deals.
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and increase sales.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Excellent oral communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and suppliers.
    • Organized and reliable to ensure timely completion of tasks and responsibilities.
    • Team player with a positive attitude to contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
