We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Registered Nurse to join our diverse and collaborative care team at our clinic in Hamilton. As a key member of our team, you will provide holistic nursing care to meet the physical, safety, emotional, and spiritual needs of clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing evidence-informed nursing knowledge, skill, and judgment to deliver holistic nursing care
- Working within your scope of practice to meet the physical, safety, emotional, and spiritual needs of clients and their families
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Availability to work 12 hour shifts 11:00am - 11:00pm and every other weekend
- Updated immunization records, clear criminal background check, and Vulnerable sector check upon hire
- A willingness to attain required SE Health certifications
- Strong computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, Email, etc.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective problem-solving and conflict management skills
- Works well in a changing environment
- Demonstrated appreciation for Quality Improvement processes
- A current CPR certificate

Salary
The estimated salary for this role is approximately $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience.
This role requires full vaccination against COVID-19.
