Warehouse Operations Manager

Reimer Associates Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient functioning of our Mississauga warehouse and inventory management operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including team management, order management, and inventory control.
- Develop and implement warehouse operations systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with the President on strategic initiatives and process improvements.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
- Manage transportation and logistics operations to meet customer needs.
- Post-secondary degree in logistics, industrial engineering, or operations management.
- Minimum 5 years of managerial or supervisory experience in warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of logistics technology platforms.
- PMP certification and SCM training preferred.
This is a full-time, on-site role that offers a strong base salary, extended health and dental benefits, and opportunities for career growth and development.
