As a Clinical Care Specialist at CapitalCare, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include providing clinical supervision to healthcare aides, performing routine activities of daily living, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to meet the needs of residents and their families.

Qualifications:

Graduate of a Practical Nurse program leading to a license by the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA)

Must be actively registered with the CLPNA

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years' nursing experience is strongly preferred

Personal Competencies:

Demonstrates awareness of accident and injury prevention, adheres to safe work practices and procedures, and is responsible for maintaining self-wellness

Salary Range:

$27.85 - $36.13 per hour as per the AUPE AN Collective Agreement
