Key Responsibilities

  • Develop product-level machine learning algorithms with 6+ years of experience (4+ with a Master's degree) in computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate analysis plans and deliver meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Manage stakeholders and offshore teams, executing end-to-end analytical projects and implementing ethical AI practices.
  • Work effectively with Marketing, Commercial Insight, Medical, Regulatory, Sales, Finance, and Managed Market teams across Canada and globally.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses, including marketing mix, test/control, and subnational trend assessment, according to business needs and enterprise workstreams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of business analytics methods, including regression analysis, forecasting, AB testing, and customer segmentation.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, Databricks, and Apache Spark, Python, R, SQL, and Data Visualization tools.
  • Expertise in developing predictive analytics, statistical modeling, data and text mining, NLP, machine learning algorithms on structured and unstructured data at scale.
  • Ability to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and data science and quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Substantial knowledge in statistics and probabilities.
  • Extensive Python coding experience exceeding 4,000 hours.
  • Expertise in all regression modeling techniques.
  • Experience working with commercial datasets like sales reports, CRM data, customer feedback, market analysis data, and digital marketing metrics.
  • Familiarity with key market research reports from sources like IQVIA and Gartner.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
