Data Scientist Leader

Job DescriptionThe Manager, Data Science will lead the design and implementation of end-to-end ML pipelines for the development of a state-of-the-art supplier analytics platform. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop innovative data-driven solutions that drive measurable impact.
Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive analysis to extract actionable insights and providing strategic recommendations for business optimization and growth. Additionally, the Manager, Data Science will design and implement robust data infrastructure, following governance practices around data integrity and security.
- Lead the design and implementation of machine learning pipelines for supplier analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
- Conduct analysis to extract insights and provide strategic recommendations for business growth.
- Design and implement data infrastructure following best practices.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in building and deploying machine learning pipelines in a commercial environment. They should have expertise in cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP preferred) and related services (Airflow, Sagemaker, Vertex AI). Proficiency in Python libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn is required. Advanced knowledge of SQL and proven track record of delivering successful data-driven solutions are also essential.
