About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled attorney who can bring their expertise in commercial litigation, including knowledge of insolvency law, to help drive our clients' success. With a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork, you will work closely with junior lawyers and support staff to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a high-volume caseload of complex commercial litigation cases, including bankruptcy and insolvency matters.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on commercial litigation strategies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other senior attorneys and support staff to achieve outstanding client outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial litigation, including experience in bankruptcy and insolvency law.
