Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Airdrie OJs Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Operations Management
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements
    • Prepare and submit reports
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customer complaints or concerns
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Work Setting
    • Fast food outlet or concession
