Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Labourer to join our team at Polyculture Plante 1987 INC. As a key member of our farm crew, you will be responsible for various tasks related to fruit and vegetable farming, including crop harvesting, weeding, and cleaning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean the crops to ensure high-quality produce
  • Hand harvest vegetables and fruits, including apples, raspberries, strawberries, sweet corn, and tomatoes
  • Pick row and orchard crops with precision and care
  • Weeding to maintain a healthy and productive farm environment

Work Environment:

  • Fruit and vegetable combination farming
  • Outdoors, with exposure to various weather conditions
  • Rural area with various locations

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
  • Physical capabilities to perform tasks such as bending, crouching, and kneeling
  • Weight handling up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
