Job Title: General Labourer

We are seeking a skilled General Labourer to join our team at Polyculture Plante 1987 INC. As a General Labourer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to fruit and vegetable farming.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare crops for harvesting
  • Hand harvest vegetables and fruits
  • Pick row and orchard crops
  • Weeding and maintaining crop health
  • Harvest crops in a timely manner
Work Environment:

Our farm is located in a rural area, and you will be working outdoors in various locations. The work site environment is wet/damp, hot, and outdoors.

Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Will train on the job
Language:

English or French is the primary language spoken in the workplace.Work Schedule:

80 hours bi-weekly
