Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Agricultural Labourer to join our team at Polyculture Plante 1987 INC. As a key member of our farm crew, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to fruit and vegetable farming, including crop harvesting, weeding, and cleaning.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare the crops for harvesting
  • Assist with hand harvesting of vegetables and fruits
  • Pick row and orchard crops
  • Weeding and maintaining the farm
  • Harvest crops in a timely and efficient manner
Work Environment

As a Fruit and Vegetable Farmhand, you will be working outdoors in a rural area, with varying locations throughout the farm. You will be exposed to wet/damp and hot conditions, and will be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) on a regular basis.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
