We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Coordinator to join our team at Good Samaritan Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Tasks
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Data Entry and Management
- Enter data into computer systems with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date databases and spreadsheets.
- Communication and Support
- Respond to and forward telephone and electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide support and assistance to staff and patients as needed.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting
- Hospital/health care establishment/health institution.
- Retirement home.
