Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Coordinator to join our team at Good Samaritan Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
    • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Data Entry and Management
    • Enter data into computer systems with high accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date databases and spreadsheets.
  • Communication and Support
    • Respond to and forward telephone and electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide support and assistance to staff and patients as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting
    • Hospital/health care establishment/health institution.
    • Retirement home.
