- Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers to ensure consistency and freshness in our dishes.
- Team Leadership and Management
- Supervise and mentor a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional results.
- Provide guidance and support to help team members develop their careers and achieve their goals.
- Food Safety and Quality Control
- Ensure that all food preparation and handling procedures meet the highest standards of food safety and quality control.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our dishes meet our standards.
- Inventory Management and Cost Control
- Manage inventory levels and costs to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste and minimize costs.
- Customer Service and Relations
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure that we are meeting our needs and exceeding our expectations.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
