We are seeking a skilled Emergency Department Nurse to join our team at Halton Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of patients and providing high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency setting.

Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide advanced triage and nursing interventions to ensure timely treatment and referral
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and outcomes
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Previous Emergency Department experience with a focus on triage and patient care
- Able to meet the physical demands of the position and work varied shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
