Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Granite Warehouse Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in selecting products, providing information on features and benefits, and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and stockrooms.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
