Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Granite Warehouse Inc. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, achieving revenue goals and contributing to the success of the team.
  • Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • Assist in the display of merchandise, maintaining a visually appealing store environment and promoting products to customers.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
