Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Granite Warehouse Inc. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient inventory management.
  • Assist in the display of merchandise and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates to customers.
  • Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease, and ensure that all sales transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a retail or sales environment is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
