Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Cabinet Arts Ltd is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
  • Meet sales targets by effectively merchandising products, engaging with customers, and promoting sales initiatives.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store fixtures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
