About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at DQ Grill & Chill. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the highest standards of safety and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work area to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
