We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at DQ Grill & Chill. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Kitchen Operations: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Team Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Skills: Excellent cooking skills, ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and strong communication skills.
