About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at DQ Grill & Chill. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and management to ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe working environment by cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen and equipment regularly.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, attention to detail, and ability to follow recipes and instructions.
