Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns, managing online content, and driving traffic and conversions across our e-commerce platforms. You will work closely with our sales, creative, and product development teams to amplify our online presence and optimize customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, PPC, email, social media, and content marketing)
  • Manage the company's website and online store, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for conversions
  • Drive traffic and conversions through paid and organic search campaigns, analyzing performance metrics regularly
  • Create and execute social media campaigns, including planning, content creation, scheduling, and reporting
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns from concept to delivery, including list segmentation and A/B testing
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product) to create consistent messaging and branding
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and marketing platforms
  • Implement strategies for growing our online community and increasing engagement


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • This is an on-site position. You must be willing to commute or live locally.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in managing campaigns across various channels (experience in e-commerce is a plus)
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Experience in the martial arts or sports industry is a bonus but not required
