Digital Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Investment Advisory Team in their marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the creation and organization of marketing materials, including PowerPoint presentations, marketing materials, mailers, and newsletters.
- Manage the team's social media presence, ensuring compliance with RBC's guidelines.
- Develop and implement a weekly marketing plan, outlining scheduled activities and a monthly marketing calendar.
- Provide administrative support during the onboarding process for new accounts and updates to existing accounts.
- Substantial working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Futures and Options Licensing or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
