About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer to join our team at Acuity Insights. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our technology strategy and roadmap, ensuring that our products and services are innovative, scalable, and meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technology Vision and Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives growth.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Lead and manage a team of experienced technologists, providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to ensure that technology is aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with key technology vendors, ensuring that we are getting the best value for our investment.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure that our technology infrastructure and systems are secure and compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in a senior technology leadership role, with a proven track record of driving technology innovation and growth.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, with expertise in cloud computing, data analytics, and artificial intelligence.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing high-performing teams and driving cultural change.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
