About the Role:

Critical Mass' Technology Team is seeking a visionary leader to serve as the Vice President of Technology and drive the company's digital transformation efforts. As a key member of the C-Level team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and nurture the BMW Group accounts and team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital experiences, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate communication between BMW US & HQ clients, ensuring alignment and effective project execution.
  • Drive platform innovation and evolution, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, spanning Marketing, IT, and other business functions.
  • Oversee marketing technology projects, including automation, personalization, data integration, and more, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Mentor Technology Directors and Leads, supporting their teams and promoting organic growth and skill development.
  • Contribute to CM Technology Discipline initiatives, driving business outcomes and strategic growth.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience, with a strong background in technology and innovation.
  • Specialized knowledge that enhances digital experiences, including expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Experience working with clients in the automotive and other sectors, such as financial services, education, healthcare, or hospitality.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously, including new business endeavors.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization in public settings.
  • Experience leading managers and distributed teams, with a focus on collaboration and results-driven outcomes.
