Director of Technology and Innovation

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Director of Technology to lead our Digital Transformation efforts at Dumas. As a key member of our Executive Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive technology strategy that drives business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of a technology roadmap that aligns with our business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology initiatives that drive business value.
- Oversee the planning, management, and execution of large-scale technology projects, including research and development, planning, and deployment.
- Ensure the maintenance of technology standards and best practices across the organization.
- Develop and manage the Technology budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Build and lead a high-performing Technology team, responsible for delivering business outcomes through technology.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and thought leaders in the industry.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
- 15 years' experience in a technology leadership role, with a strong background in business processes, technologies, and systems.
- Proven success in managing multiple cross-functional teams or projects, with a track record of delivering business outcomes through technology.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to balance short-term tactical decisions with long-term strategic thinking, with a focus on driving business growth and innovation.
- Documented experience with Microsoft Windows Environments, including MS-SQL and Microsoft Office 365 applications, SharePoint, and Power BI dashboards.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows configuration, installation, maintenance, support, and troubleshooting of TCP/IP networks supporting VoIP management, design, and development of communications systems.
- Language(s): English, required; Spanish, highly desirable.
