Job Title: Accounting Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accounting Operations Manager to join our team at Black Box Consultancy Services Incorporated. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule events, programs and activities: Coordinate and schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure smooth operation of the company.
  • Schedule work: Plan and schedule work to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Train workers in duties and policies: Provide training and guidance to employees on their duties and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit reports: Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports to management.
  • Ensure smooth operation of equipment: Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and perform routine maintenance tasks.

  • Ensure accuracy of financial transactions: Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and comply with company policies.
