Accounting Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Supervisor to join our team at Black Box Consultancy Services Incorporated. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our accounting department, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions, and providing technical guidance to team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and Coordinate: Schedule events, programs, and activities, as well as work schedules, to ensure smooth operation of the accounting department.
- Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and provide guidance on financial procedures and best practices.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports, and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, and provide technical advice and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.
The Accounting Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure, and will have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of reliability.
Requirements:- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
