Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and supervise their activities to ensure efficient store operations.
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures.
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
- Reliability, flexibility, and a client-focused approach.
- Dental plan and disability benefits.
- Permanent employment with 37.5 hours per week.
