About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at KUSHI CANNABIS. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and supervise their activities to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a client-focused approach.
