Key Responsibilities

  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Assist guests with food and beverage selection, presenting menus and providing recommendations
    • Have thorough knowledge of ingredients, allergens, and menu items
    • Identify special requests, address dietary restrictions, and submit orders to the bar and kitchen
  • Table Maintenance and Coordination
    • Oversee table maintenance, ensuring that tables are clean and well-set
    • Coordinate with FOH and BOH staff to ensure seamless service
  • Guest Communication and Service
    • Ensure that guest requests are handled promptly and courteously
    • Maintain open communication with management and team members regarding guest needs, comments, or incidents
  • Knowledge and Skills
    • Exhibit knowledge of menu items, preparation, and ingredients
    • Provide superior customer service to all guests
    • Stay updated on all menu items, preparation, and ingredients of all dishes
  • Requirements
    • A minimum of two (2) years' experience in an upscale dining environment
    • Understanding of Mediterranean cuisine, wines, and cocktails
    • Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems
    • Possesses strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
    • Exhibits customer-centric attitude and excellent interpersonal skills

What We Offer

  • Annual Salary range: 90k - 110k
