Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Food and Beverage Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and establish work schedules.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive a welcoming and inclusive experience.
- Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 1-4 people, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure that our team members are working effectively and efficiently.
- Support for Diverse Groups: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.

Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1-7 months of experience in a food service environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues

Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week
