Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize resources
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and budgeting decisions
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef to ensure accurate and timely food preparation
- Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient operations
- Supervise a team of 1-4 staff members to ensure they are meeting their job responsibilities and adhering to company policies
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Willing to relocate to support the growth and development of our team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage staff and maintain a positive work environment
