Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Clerk to join our team at LELIQUIM SERVICE INC. As an Information Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing information on our services.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-Solving: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage our digital database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
