Job Title: National Account Sales

Job Summary:

The National Account Sales role is a critical position within The Garland Company, Inc. that requires a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to lead and manage national accounts, identify new sales opportunities, and drive market share growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage national accounts to achieve sales growth and revenue targets
  • Qualify and identify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation strategies
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to build pipeline sales and drive market share growth
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and leadership teams to develop and execute lead generation initiatives
  • Present and communicate the Garland value proposition to potential customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide consistent, concise, and accurate internal and external communications
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience in national accounts
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and consultative sales approach
  • Results-oriented and able to work independently and within a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software
  • Ability to manage and work under tight time constraints
  • Valid driver's vehicle license and acceptable motor vehicle driving record
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally when necessary
