Job Summary:
The National Account Sales role is a critical position within The Garland Company, Inc. that requires a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to lead and manage national accounts, identify new sales opportunities, and drive market share growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage national accounts to achieve sales growth and revenue targets
- Qualify and identify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation strategies
- Develop and implement sales strategies to build pipeline sales and drive market share growth
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and leadership teams to develop and execute lead generation initiatives
- Present and communicate the Garland value proposition to potential customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Provide consistent, concise, and accurate internal and external communications
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience in national accounts
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and consultative sales approach
- Results-oriented and able to work independently and within a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software
- Ability to manage and work under tight time constraints
- Valid driver's vehicle license and acceptable motor vehicle driving record
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally when necessary
