About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at LHR Global - Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and innovation through strategic partnerships and joint ventures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Due Diligence and Valuation: Conduct thorough due diligence on target companies, perform financial valuations, and evaluate business plans to identify potential opportunities.
  • Transaction Execution: Independently handle business proposals, draft non-binding offers, develop negotiation strategies, and commercial terms for transactions. Negotiate and develop definitive agreements with the help of our law department and other relevant organizations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage all aspects of transaction execution, including selecting and onboarding advisors, working with internal organizations, consultants, and potential partners.
  • Business Portfolio Management: Assemble initial offerings to potential investors, lead investor selection activities, and coordinate with internal subject matter experts to draft memorandums of understanding and letters of intent.
  • Administrative Direction: Provide administrative direction in the development and review of legal documents, including head of terms, memorandums of understanding, cost-sharing agreements, and shareholder agreements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, or Finance from a recognized and approved international program.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in business development, with a strong background in joint venture transactions.
  • Certifications: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial analysis, commercial principles, and industry-specific venturing activities, such as commercialization, spin-offs, or joint venturing.
