- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Minimum one year of management experience in a retail environment.
- Extensive knowledge of cosmetic products and strong skills in merchandising and creative display of product.
- Professional sales experience and proven ability to build business.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, employees, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.

This is a regular part-time position, with a minimum of 1456 hours per year, up to 40 hours per week, as needed. Applicants must be available to work a flexible schedule, Monday to Sunday.
