Job Title: Sushi and Noodle Bar Cook

We are seeking a skilled and experienced cook to join our team at Sushi & Noodle Bar in Fortino's. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including sushi and noodle-based meals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods
