Chef Job Description
At KING OF PUNJABI TADKA INC., we are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team in a restaurant kitchen setting. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, with a focus on East Indian cuisine.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Preparing and cooking special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef
- Training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Supervising kitchen staff and helpers
- Maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Cleaning the kitchen and work areas
- Managing kitchen operations
We offer a permanent position with 40 hours per week and a focus on Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
