Job Summary

The Spiritual Care Professional will work closely with our treatment team to provide individual and group counseling sessions, facilitating a deeper understanding of spirituality and its role in recovery. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to establish rapport with patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual spiritual counseling and support to patients
  • Facilitate group counseling sessions to promote spiritual growth and awareness
  • Assist patients in developing coping strategies for addiction and related behaviors
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in theology, divinity, or a related field
  • Experience working in a healthcare or counseling setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to establish rapport with patients and staff
  • Familiarity with the 12-Step program and its principles
