Locate, Select, and Procure Merchandise for ResaleSource and procure high-quality merchandise for resale, ensuring that our inventory is diverse and appealing to our customers.
Develop and Implement Marketing StrategiesDesign and implement marketing campaigns to promote our business and attract new customers, increasing brand awareness and driving sales.
Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and ExpensesDevelop and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure that our business remains financially stable and profitable.
Resolve Issues that May AriseAddress customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
Conduct Performance ReviewsEvaluate the performance of staff members, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance and achieve business goals.
Plan, Organize, Direct, Control, and Evaluate Daily OperationsOversee the daily operations of our business, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support, and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Work Term and HoursThis is a permanent position, requiring 30-40 hours of work per week.
Requirements- Education
A college or CEGEP education is required.
ExperienceA minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field is required.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
