Locate, Select, and Procure Merchandise for Resale

Resolve Issues that May Arise

Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.

Conduct Performance Reviews

Evaluate the performance of staff members, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance and achieve business goals.

Plan, Organize, Direct, Control, and Evaluate Daily Operations

Oversee the daily operations of our business, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support, and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Work Term and Hours

This is a permanent position, requiring 30-40 hours of work per week.

Requirements
  • Education

A college or CEGEP education is required.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field is required.

Language

Fluency in English is required.
