Customer Service Director

The Plank is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing daily tasks, managing staff, and implementing policies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Plan and organize daily tasks to ensure seamless execution and meet business objectives.
- Manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Implement policies and procedures to drive business growth, including pricing and credit policies, merchandise procurement, and marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
