Job Overview

The Senior Financial Support Associate will provide advanced support to the York University finance team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with financial monitoring, analysis, and preparation of payroll and account payable forms.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and senior management.
  • Develop and implement efficient filing systems and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A College Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Intermediate technical skills including Excel, Access, and Word.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • A salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
