Financial Data Entry Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contributions Administrator to join our team at People Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data, including member contributions and employer reports.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and data entry, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update member and employer information.
- Validate and enter financial data.
- Reconcile employer contribution reports.
- Identify and report discrepancies, prepare and send correspondence to employers and other relevant parties.
- Create reports for trustee board or committee meetings.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and employers via phone and email.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a financial services or related industry.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office applications, with a strong focus on MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
