About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Process Development Manager to join our team in Canada. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall performance of the company by facilitating the identification and development of required processes throughout the program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive efficiency.
  • Document processes and collect data to inform decision-making.
  • Coordinate and lead key initiatives related to the implementation of new processes across all levels of the organization.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to promote continuous improvement and process development.
  • Train and coach teams on new methodologies and documentation of new processes.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions.
  • Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or Administration.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and Project Management diploma are assets.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in construction and/or consultancy, with a focus on process analysis and improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, including process mapping and Continuous Improvement.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Visio, and Power BI.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for improvement.
