Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Allan Park Motor Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
  • Reliability and organized approach to work.
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent position.
  • 32 hours per week.
  • English language.
