Supermarket Department Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Supervisor to join our team at NOVIN CASPIAN LTD. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our supermarket department.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of staff, including apprentices, stagiaires, and design team members, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Hiring and Training: Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Sales and Merchandising: Sell merchandise and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective merchandising and display techniques.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Office and Volunteer Staff: Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure seamless support for the retail team.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
