Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stockouts.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, promoting products and services to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and staff productivity, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supermarket environment
  • Language: Fluency in English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
