Supermarket Department Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Supervisor to join our team at NOVIN CASPIAN LTD. As a key member of our supermarket management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members, to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently to meet the needs of our customers.
- Hiring and Training: Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Sales and Merchandising: Sell merchandise to customers, and work with our merchandising team to ensure that our store is stocked with the right products at the right time.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform our business decisions.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
- Worker Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our workers to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently to meet the needs of our customers.
- Office and Volunteer Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage our office and volunteer staff to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently to support the needs of our store.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
